A black sequin blazer is a great choice! It’s just enough glitz and sparkle for an occasion such as X-Factor where you want to have fun and look gorgeous. I would suggest you go with the androgynous/monochrome trend that is really strong right now. Think Marlene Dietrich or Helmut Newton’s series of photographs of women in sharp black tailoring, standing on the streets of Paris. Carven‘s crisp white shirt is a classic cut and is a staple for any wardrobe, no one creates fashion elegance quite like the French! Pair it with Acne‘s luxurious wide fit velvet trousers. They have a strong vintage feel and give an air of effortless chic. Accessorise with Minnie Mawi jewellery, a collaboration between Disney Couture and Mawi. Try these Minnie Mouse Faux Pearl Stud Earrings and Minnie Mouse Pearl and Enamel Necklace, they are so much fun and work with the monochrome trend perfectly.
