Philip’s iPadventures: Safety First /

An Apple iPad is not a toy, and as they are fairly costly they ought to be afforded the best protection on the market. Personally I’m a big fan of the Narita leather iPad case by WANT les Essentiels de la Vie (who, by the way, also outfit my iPhone in a Newbery leather case). Lightweight and stylish, the Narita iPad case is sturdy enough to keep my beloved iPad safe whilst I hop in and out of my digital musings, without being overly corporate or cumbersome. With 9 card shaped slots, leather slip pockets for keeping the random pieces of paper one accumulates over the course of the day and even a non-slip aluminum stand, it’s hard to think of any other way WANT Les Essentiels de la Vie could make the Narita leather iPad case more functional than it already is. Clever boys.

I’m off to some fabric trade shows in Milan today, on everyone’s favourite budget airline… My experience (no doubt) put into song.  Enjoy!

Songs From a Room /

I was just looking at www.sofarsounds.com, the website for Songs From a Room – they’re dedicated to bringing new music into peoples homes.  It’s a really interesting concept, a global music movement that brings music lovers together in someone’s living room to hear a great new music act.  Visit the website and get involved if you’re interested – I think I might!

Eco, Fashion, Gadget and Sexy /

This week when I was surfing the web on my i-pad, I found this article on the Huffington Post site about the solar powered swimsuit that can charge your i-Pod, i-Pad and i-Phone.  This ticks all the boxes.  Eco, fashion, gadget and sexy!  What could be better?  Of course I can’t wait for the men’s version to be released…I just hope it’s in time for my summer holiday!
