UK

We offer FREE shipping via DPD Express (next day) as a standard for all UK orders.

Alternatively you can choose to collect from the Start London store and incur no delivery charge.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online via the DPD website. We would also like to add that any orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that DPD requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

Mainland Europe
For our mainland Europe customers, your order will also be shipped by DHL. We offer FREE shipping as standard on all worldwide orders over £150. We charge £20 for shipping per order under £150.

This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the DHL website (www.dhl.co.uk/en/express.html). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Please note that DHL employs couriers that require a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery.

Rest of World (Americas & Caribbean, Oceania, Asia, Africa, Middle East)

For customers that live outside the UK & EU, for example, USA, your order will be shipped by DHL. We offer FREE shipping as standard on all worldwide orders over £150. We charge £25 for shipping per order under £150.

This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This email will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the DHL website (www.dhl.co.uk/en/express.html). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow 3-7 working days for delivery.  Moreover, your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.

We would also like to add that we cannot post items containing exotic skins to international destinations due to customs restrictions.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Start-London.com that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Returns need to be posted back to us via a method of posting that can be tracked and the refund can not be processed until the item is received back to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags intact, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hosiery, underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

For your convenience, customers in the UK can return unwanted online purchases to the London store. Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.

Items bought in the sale may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, we ask that you return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
